  1. Please give us your background before you thought of Samatva ?
    Kalpesh Prajapati
    I wanted to start IT SEZ so that we could give big economic boost to our State as I thought Gujarat is lagging in IT space and I wanted Ahmedabad to compete with Bangalore at the same time give an opportunity to IT aspirants of Gujarat.
  2. Who else are your partners in this business ? Was there any family support ?

    I do not have partners in this but we have created West Wing Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. as the flagship company to run this business.
  3. How did you thought of Samatva and why this format came into existence?
    Kalpesh Prajapati
    I always thought of creativity for my customers with economics. If you compare the facilities which Samatva is offering you will find that it is incomparable with anybody that is what I wanted and this what I have to offer.
  4. Was this land purchased by you or you inherited it ? Why did you selected Shela as the location for this marvellous scheme ?
    Kalpesh Prajapati
    The land was being gradually acquired by us since 1989. As we all know ‘Rome was not built in a day’, similar is our case we have been acquiring this land with the long term intention and to come out something unique as we intended to give world class facilities to the purchasers keeping in mind about their economics.
    You may have noticed that all big developers have acquired land in this area for accommodating the residential needs of Amdavadis. We are one of them who thought this since very early. Also you will notice that Ahmedabad has been growing on the western side at a very rapid pace. Today one can easily claim that S.G. Road will become the centre of this city within a couple of years. Samatva is only 7 Kms from ISCON Temple which is the central hub of S.G. Road. Sardar Patel Ring Road is also getting completed soon and many commercial complex are coming up in this zone also. Therefore, keeping the long term perspective and our motto of economics in mind, I feel Shela is a perfect location.
  5. Are you through with all the legal requirements for such a massive scheme ? If not when do you think the same will be through ?

    All the statutory requirements are complete. One can easily get the document file for presenting it to any authority or financial institution.

  7. What income group are you expecting in this Scheme in other words who are your target customers ?

    As I have been saying that we are giving this world class facility keeping the economics in mind for our customers as a result, I feel a middle class families and above can easily afford such facility now given the liberal attitude of the financial institutions.
  8. Which banks have approved your file ?
    Kalpesh Prajapati
    All major financial institutions have pre-approved our file and the same is available easily.
  9. How is the response from Amdavadis towards Samatva ? Please share some of your experience.
    Kalpesh Prajapati
    As I told you we think about our customers by putting ourselves into their shoes. The result our bookings have surpassed our expectations.
  10. Please tell us about your forthcoming ventures.

    Samatva is going to go for another two years afterwhich it will be our time to oblige the society with a recreational park where one can easily spend the whole day.
